Ready for Fitness??

As we continue to be active outside for the next couple months, you should ask yourself; 'Am i ready for Fitness?" You are responsible for being ready for Fitness, a good checklist to follow is:
1. Changing into shorts and T-shirt
2. Having a wattle bottle
3. Using the washroom before heading outside
4. Have a growth mindset
