March 16th Virus Edition

Hello Everyone,

You should try to remain active everyday for at least 60 minutes. 
Some simple ideas for fitness:
-pushups
-situps
-planks
-squats
-jumping jacks
-burpees
-stretching/yoga
-wrestling with siblings
-walking/running
-dancing
-anything that uses hand-eye coordination (catching, throwing, striking, not counting video games lol)
-etc.
